Good requires motivation, but great demands obsession. Nilesh Dhumal’s (a.k.a., Nelly) obsession with all things two wheels began with the humble bicycle. Fast forward to today, his illustrious riding career is ripe with achievements. Nelly’s multifaceted riding journey includes stints as a Downhill MTB racer, Bicycle Industry Consultant, and Off-Road learning / Adventure biking - Coach.
​Nelly’s strong foundations in BMX and Mountain Biking coupled with years of hands-on mentorship from his friend C.S. Santosh have facilitated a seamless transition from off-road cycling to off-road motorbiking

 

Nelly’s tenure as the director and head trainer at Big Rock Dirtpark began with its inception in 2014. He pioneered structured training programs tailored to both riders and budding coaches, and renowned motorcycle brands now use these programs. His vast coaching experience allows him to break down riding mechanics and describe the techniques in detail.
